我们的领导委员会包括扎根于克什米尔河谷的知名学者、医生、社会活动家、记者和有声望的专业人士。我们承诺共同作出具有战略性、协调一致和有意义的努力，以对抗印度对克什米尔的占领。我们的组织相信，人民最终能通过召开会议、研讨会、讲座以及学术倡议/写作等和平方式进行公民抵抗和不服从运动、政治游说和提高对自决权的认识，以挑战印度的殖民者对当地的殖民企图。通过这样的方式，我们希望得以扭转印度霸权对克什米尔的占领以及针对人民的非法、不道德和殖民主义的统治。
Due to the highly sensitive nature of our work, and the Indian hegemonic state’s cowardly use of sexual violence, torture and/or imprisonment of family members, most of our members choose to remain anonymous. 奥马尔与古罗马大使
在哈里发·奥马尔(R.A)时期，罗马皇帝的一位大使带着许多礼物来到麦地那。当他到来时，他就向人们打听国王宫殿的下落。然后人民回答他说：“我们的领袖没有宫殿。”罗马大使听了很感兴趣，于是问他现在在哪里。然后人民进一步答道：“你会在麦地那的墓地里找到我们的领袖。”
当罗马大使走向墓地时，他被人带到一名躺在地上的男子身前，当时这名男子正在一棵树下休息。罗马大使发现对方是哈里发后大吃一惊，因为哈里发奥马尔既没有大批保卫人员守在身旁，也没有针对其安全作出任何安全措施。他看起来与一般的人民没有任何区别。
